GUIDANCE MEETS VISION
Our Board of Advisors brings deep operational, technical, and entrepreneurial experience across the undersea domain. From leading deep-submergence missions and shaping defense acquisition, to pioneering commercial AUV platforms and scaling manufacturing, these leaders help ensure Poseidon’s Forge delivers systems that perform where it counts: in the real world. Their counsel sharpens our strategy, accelerates our progress, and reinforces our commitment to building adaptable, high-performance autonomous underwater vehicles.

ROGER JOHNSON
Roger Johnson is a recently retired U.S. Navy submariner and public servant with 46 years of service whose leadership helped field next‑generation undersea capabilities. From early work aboard the research submarine USS Dolphin (AGSS‑555) to later roles guiding advanced unmanned systems and payloads for the fleet, he consistently prioritized performance over bureaucracy to deliver results. Now advising Poseidon’s Forge, Roger brings deep operational judgment, acquisition savvy, and a hard‑won instinct for cutting through noise to get warfighters what they need.

Dr. Regan Campbell is a defense technology, acquisition, and business leader, formerly Vice President of Navy/Marine Corps programs at GDIT, General Manager for Autonomous & Advanced Naval Platforms at L3Harris, and a former senior U.S. Navy/NAVSEA program leader across undersea and surface missions. She currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Ventus Solutions and is the founder of 7 Cs Consulting LLC, advising Poseidon’s Forge on translating complex operational needs into deliverable capability.
